I found the hotel to be a hidden gem in a bustling city, nestled on a leafy street, offering a cozy and comfortable stay. The service was exceptional, with extremely considerate and helpful staff making my visit truly memorable. The location was superb, within easy access to all the main attractions, and the dining experience was delightful with a fun Happy Hour and delicious options. However, the only inconvenience was the night table blocking the flow of air from the air conditioner in the hotter months.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were very comfortable and quiet, perfect for New York. The service was top-notch with genuinely welcoming and helpful staff. The location was ideal, close to Times Square but just off the beaten path to avoid the crowds. The dining experience was delightful, especially the wine and cheese evenings. I highly recommend this hotel.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and more spacious than expected, though a bit noisy on the lower floors. The staff, especially Emmy, was exceptional and went above and beyond to assist us. The location was convenient, just two blocks from Times Square, although noise could be an issue for light sleepers. Overall, a good value for a stay on Manhattan Island.
